We are glad to state that TADANO FAUN GmbH in Germany, wholly owned subsidiary of TADANO Ltd, has acquired Cranes UK Ltd., its sale and service distributor in the United Kingdom and Ireland, as of April 9, 2014 local time.
1. Purpose of the Acquisition
Cranes UK Ltd. has strong sales and service networks in the UK and Ireland which TADANO FAUN GmbH considers as one of the significant markets. We aim to reinforce our sales and service activities further by acquiring the business which allows us to integrate production and sale.
