In January 2009, in the city of Singapore that is conveniently accessible from neighboring countries as well as from the under mentioned territories, Tadano set up its service training center. In light of an ever increasing number of cranes delivered by Tadano Group, with a view to strengthening the product support power as the group to further meet customer needs, this being also as part of its medium-und long-term overseas strategies.
The Center was made available by refurbishing part of the office of TAP (Tadano Asia Pte.) that serves as the core of Tadano's Southeast Asian business operations, and is staffed with service educational professionals along with the necessary equipment for the purpose.
It aims to take over the overseas distributors service training jobs that the Tadano Educational Center in Takamatsu has so far carried out for both new and used products of Tadano, actual machines in the premises of TAP and a simulator for diagnosis and troubleshooting to cover not only Asian markets regardless of whether they are in the charge of TAP but also Middle Eastern countries in addition to Oceania.
The Center has already begun its operation this month, and is expected to give a theoretical and practical course in 30 subjects a year by receiving a total of 300 trainees at the time of its full-fledged activities.
